I am a strong believer in the following saying, as quoted: Lesson’s must always get learnt from on goings, so to prevent similar negative occurrences from persisting to happen in the future and this is why I have worked so hard for my share in a fair justice system within the United Kingdom

This is now my personal introduction to this official diary / Book / Report / My Life Story/ what has become to me a nightmare of truths that have got forced upon my life in a catastrophic mascaraed of criminal events against my person and I do also add against my own free will.

This Report / Book got written by me so that I can supplying true and accurate information to the complaints departments and the public. whom have of this far of my life been involved in what has taken place against myself. It is my intentions (To start this report) with a pretence of a story of a fiction and then carry on in an official format. I will begin, one day I found a colourful box and this boxes beautifully colour scheme was green, yellow and red, with little black lines around its boarders. As I took a closer inspection, I noticed that this box had on its side a little metal wind-up handle, in my own option this handle could get classed as a spectacle of something that could be classed as a high standard of craftsmanship. The handle was centred in the middle of the left-hand side of the box as I faced the box to its front. I could see that the boxes lid could open so that I would be able to see inside of it, I felt my right hand go forward and attempt to open it and found that I had no luck, it seemed to be locked. so, me, being me, I took a hold of the handle and in doing so, I spun the handle, at first, I heard this cranking noise; it was ever so quiet but hearing this noise encouraged me more and more, to keep on spinning the handle. One second turned by and then another second, till I started to feel and enjoy the fun in the rhythm, I continued to spin the handle around and around and around in a circular motion of events. I decided to take my hand of the handle and search for another way into the coloured box and then as I took my hand off the handle to stop what I was doing, Pop, outcome this jack in a box. Myself be who I am found this simply amassing and started to laugh till I felt tears coming down my face.

Now, as some people would say, or might say, let’s get back to reality, this now is an Introduction, which in fact starts, with a summary, of my own, personal middle adder lessons of age and in brief, this is a short walking, to some of my earlier childhood memories before the years of 2012, where this official report starts.

Chapter 2

Family Life: --

Throughout my whole life I have got raised with high living standards. I would say the reason for this partly was because of my family’s upbringing.

My dad was a union reprehensible himself, and that off a role model.

I can continue to say that I have a close mother to son relationship; my mother and I have always been good friends to each other within our maternal bond and this resect continues alongside with the rest of our family member’s.

My mother got born in Great Britain and is the best sort of person that anyone could want as a mother and together we as a family, are always there for each other and this gets managed by us all, as this is what we believe a family should do for each other.

In a past sequence of events, I can remember; historically in my life time, when in my younger youth days, my dad as he still does now, worked hard, so he could provide for his loved ones.

My father and mother proved for us their siblings who are / Myself, my younger brother and younger sister.

We all got provided with having nice things; “living essentials,” such as: A Good Education, Food, Drink, Housing, Holidays and Good; Clothing

Our parents provided us, with all we needed while growing up.

When describing my father; I would explain that he demonstrates, the highest standard’s that can get set in a person’s lifetime or just to describe his character a little more; I would paint a picture that’s would show, a true Person who always stands for the correct principles, towards being a proud man.

My father is a strong and honest man, who is from the West Indies; “Antigua, what’s is also known as; Waladli, or; Wadadli, by the native population,” he himself inclusively of us his children had a well-disciplined upbringing. Together, my father and mother, are very consistent in their ways of life and would oversee to encourage all of their children’s additional energy get put into good use so, to go towards the right things out of life!

Both of my parents would always keep; One’s eyes on inspecting all of their children needs so that we could comply with “first-class standard’s” aloe I did have some difficulty with a speech impermeant to overcome, such as being tongue tied.

I can remember my father & mother furthering this education of ours by sending me and my younger brother, to a Sunday school,

I personally do know and understand that it is; "surely" a fair statement to say; that neither of my parents, especially my father was any were next too impressed when I first got arrested by the police.

When explaining how I felt, the time of getting arrested by the police; I find myself saying, that on this day I was more than worried and upset with myself. I was worried of what was about to happen to me, by my father and mother, once the police had finished dealing with me.

Chapter 3

Remembering: -

I can clearly remember thinking to myself when I was a growing man; that things have changed for the better within the world since my mother and father had got older, due to the rights to equality and diversity leading towards equal opportunity’s: - oh how I now know that I had got it wrong;

I understand that I maintain myself to be a very polite person and I believe this has happened, as for my parents' upbringing and life’s toils, throughout my life. My frame of mind, is that I am usually in a good mood, as I quote myself and I accept, I may get found by some persons, as towards being slightly elevated, but this is part of my personality and to further this conversation it is a true fact this elevated behaviour constitutes to a positive impact, rather than a negative impact, on myself and the people’s life’s around me. In explaining about my life and the continual efforts of my work studies, I would say I am building, a mini festival to which can get classed as its own city, regulated by HSE standards, legislation and other needed professions, professionals, so to protect traders and the public, while looking after myself. This has led me to having to study to a fair degree and partly, but not in large, one of the many causes, to my disappearance, from my friends and the public.

Chapter 4

Me at this age!

I believe that the time given to a person’s in their life is short already and to date of this report being drafted I have awaited a whole, five years, so to return to society from my disappearance and I know that this is that moment in time for me to accomplish that reappearance, but I find myself having problems in doing so. I am still here alive and still living in London, just about to date of the 15/07/2017 and it is sad to announce that I am now being held as a prisoner to an unjust system of law illegally, and in me expressing this fact I can continue to explain that this is getting achieved by me getting held captive by Government representatives in my rented home, so in return, I used Google, so that my writing can spring forth, to its best power’s and this is the produce. It is wrong that I am being held as a prisoner, in my rented home in the United Kingdom and this misconduct in Law in-doubtfully means that I am being held against my free will. This displaced unreasonable behaviour in Law has gotten accomplished; with no wrongful actions in the law being taken by myself. These issues also include some members of the public and this is also to be inclusive of specific people that work as representing governing officials who altogether achieved dissatisfaction's in my life with dishonourable intent of Join Circular. The governing officials who took a part in what I claim about caused Malefices of Public office against me which is the carriage to Targeted Malefices and up to date all parties involved have gotten put into receipt of the evidence of my truth found claims and yet nothing has changed for the right of things in my life as they must. Members of the Government officials, placed a clear display of deceitful lies towards my person and also about other(s) persons involved, when manipulating their powers of law, this misuse of their trusted powers being abused in such a way, got done for their own reckless self-gain and now I know that them involved officers of the law and involved civilians my get punished, as another person "Reader" should agree too as well. This misplaced behaviour by Members of the Governments Official’s got partly achieved, so that it would discredit me in the public's view and got endorsed, in a deceitful, manner, so to also aid in them police officers wrongfully taking away my liberty and security, so for themselves to avoid justice. Because of what has happened I now have been forced to suffer through the past five years of my life, now I hope this report Helps me and maybe any other person(s), that being said Help in reference to these issues and or any other similar issues, like what I do mention about within this report, so, they do not get left unattended towards or manipulated and then on afterwards with these goals of mine at present getting completed it would always mean that in the near on future problems like mine do not get slightly or totally avoided and then on throughout the process not corrected in a fair way and fair time frame. This will mean that once my problems like mine are highlighted to the relevant persons, as has proceeded to happen in my case load, as of so far! People will not get left to suffer by way of neglect, misconduct or in any form of unfair process in general. In the moments of the time of my complaint(s) I have got left without the problems getting resolved in a fair manner and by them issues not getting addressed this has caused me great sufferings, I know that these sorts of problems that I do mention about within my report, should never get left to emulate. Negative problems and crimes have gotten left to accumulate, so to arise without any official legal or moral grounds getting implemented, this means that at the earliest given points of the opportunities given to the relevant persons no person followed the correct protocols, I know this as I personally granted the involved person(s) all chances throughout the case’s history’s myself.

I done this to resolve the issues of my official complaints in a civilized manner, with no avoid of creating this report. Crooked behaviour, as I can prove has got left to continue to flourish and should have never had happened and this is why I have continued to document what takes place and now this documentation, shows the truth in what members of my neighbours and the government’s official’s representatives have participated in and should not get tolerated in society, as it is wrong. As a consequence of the information and the evidence that I hold about them all that is contained within this official report, the police and council have let members of my neighbour’s getaway with criminal actions towards me; the official’s allowed members of my neighbours to start and continue to victimise me and this is inclusively of what they themselves have already done wrong.

Chapter 5

I keep confirming to myself, what should happen next?

Now I am sure, those involved members of neighbours should get punished by way of a criminal offence and this must be inclusive of the named government officials that are contained within this document who took part towards a down full in the stability of mine or any life. Those members of neighbours that get involved are the true instigators of the incidents I claim about and they caused a lot of the illegal and immoral issues that are being brought to attention about. Together they all involved, harshly caused illegal offences towards me, and they together involved, participated in making the last five years of my life a complete living hell and while doing so endanger my life by way of similarity of a none feeble future. The nature of the crime’s that members of neighbours and government officials committed towards me, would mean any other similar offender would face the risk of a custodial sentence being imposed against them and this is to explain in any other similar circumstances, like mine. A prison sentence being issued in pursuit of the people’s roles that got involved with their parts of the misconduct and illegal activities of misplaced behaviour to which they involved took a part of an unmoral -role against me and the United Kingdom’s Legal Justice System, would in fact be the correct official practice of law being implemented, as for what they now and then continued to do and get away with is an absinthe of an uncivilised person(s) actions and for people to be a large within today's modern society and without apprehension of the law must no proceed to allowed and this is to get shown by ways of legal means of must, so to prevent for them taking place again within side of this modern age of the state of United Kingdom's land or any other state of land, what got done was with criminal intentions.

Chapter 6

A simple hope to myself; -

To continue, I hope by way of me planning and then accomplishing my plan I will be able to set an example that shows why this should never happen again, to another person. This plan of mine will get accomplished, so to end up-being with any right-person(s) minded satisfaction’s, being granted in my favour. To further my plans, I intend for my next aim’s to be as effective as the last, what was "Preventing this from happening again" this additional plan of mine will be in re-gaining my revoked freedom, in a return to all of this report getting completed. The hope is that these goals of mine together that I have set, will help me and others to also re-insure to help stop any other similar events as this ever-taking place again, such as the torturous acts that have and still are taking place against me, by way of the people involved, being made to comply with my rightful right of ambitions and stop breaching my Human rights. This is to get achieved at the earliest opportunity by me and any other informed person, so I can be equal and happy to other people, so I can perform at my optimum levels in being successful, at completing my dreams and establishing my own companies, so to be able to make me live a happy and healthy life style. I want my life to end up being better and having a positive effect while also having a constructive impact for me and others at all times. This ambition is slimier to most other people’s dreams and plans and I believe that is to accomplish one of the most important goals set among all other people and that to me is to make sure that before I pass away to heaven, I can confirm that I am always a loving person towards others and myself, while having the most fun as possible. This mandatory plan will also mean to me and others that I provided. Provide for my own family and others; Other is to mean any further introductions of any person(s), that any person’s maybe fortune-net to meet and therefore come across in their or my lifetime.

Chapter 7

I always hear people say; why did they do that?

This book got made, with a view of letting me be able to explain my version of events. Like what has taken place in my life as of so far and this will get managed by way of writing and expressing about some struggles and happiness I have had to face along my route of life. When thinking about the subject of the journey of my life, I tend to think things like; oh, how what things have, become somewhat a little Tardiness for me, due to my on-gongs at the present. I have so far been a long way into what I would class as a fight off struggles, that being said towards, my glory of my success in achieving my own dreams. When managing my dreams to become a reality I wanting to create my running company. Taking a look at my first glances of doing so, I started to put my concentration into building my companies straight after realising exactly what I wanted to do. So, with this truth in mind, I also know that I continued to work hard from the start and ever since then I still worked hard up till date of now and this report amounts to that time, I committed hard work in completing my dreams. I know that I believe in my dreams becoming a reality for me and other(s) and therefore I will continue to compete my life's efforts into finalising my dreams and to do this I will just simply keep working harder to further my companies’ production, so that in my future I will stay prepared to survive. This will be no matter what happens in that time given and I intend for myself to be successful in my own best abilities at all times. I have not yet to be able to re incorporate my company; however, I am currently working on having it re registered once again. The intentions are, to aim in having the company registered as a limited company, this is to be with charitable status within its articles of the memorandum of association, but so far, this part of a dream of a reality for me alongside the paths of my missions to success have gotten corruptly daunted.

Chapter 8

Life in general at this stage;

When considering my life with the police, to start of I would know that it would be fair statement for me to say that if I said that I had never had caused problems that lead to the boys in blue; that would be a lie and I am not one to commit a lie needlessly to say.

The 1st Anti-Social Behaviour Case!

Before the Anti-Social Behaviour Order case my brief occasions of interaction with the police were quite average for any civilian of the United Kingdom, I was pulled over whether driving or walking in my own home town or in any other person’s own town, I found thought growing up that no matter what the circumstances were the police would approach my person first. Being from London I just took most of this behaviour of the police as normal, as an explanation I accepted their pattern of repeatedly approaching me as if to say: - “it is like being punched in the jaw every time by them.” Throughout the years I watch many innocent friends become victims of their actions, so I tried my best the same as any other person does to stay out of their way and to me this now and then means that I am simply fed up of paying for police officers and judges mortgages out of my life's expenses when at no fault of my own as most cases tend to be. The police are persistent in wrongful negative claims against my person on first approach and this is of any form of approach, as are the judges when dealing with issues relating to me. I understand that the needed for the judges to get feed so for the police to maintain their statistics and system gets "Abused" and in my name and this does also include the rest of the officials that follow in their footsteps, clamming to always be representing a justified law at first use of the tongue.

Chapter 9

This chapter is about I, referring to another person about back into the past, when I was younger and those person(s) are you: -

At the stage of being a fair bit younger, I got placed in the care system when I was a child and as a continuation to this, I have always tried to help vulnerable people. I believe it is easy to understand why I like to help people and also that my reason is easy for others to agree to, for the main reason being explained now, "People are people" and because of this I find that in life many people find it frustrating and difficult to fend for themselves, with some day-to-day problems that they "people" get faced with in this world. When I meet people like this, I can relate to them and I find it a lot easier in most of these occasions, to interact, when all together aiming for the best out of life, as, most deprived people seem to do. I do not know if this is why, but I have always wanted to give something back to the community. This has meant as a consequence of my good intentions that Too Smooth Entertainment Ltd got established and therefore created. It took me and other(s) time to build my website and I have accumulated a lot of help from many different people along the route. The company has now got parked, due to the on going's at present. The Company is aimed to be trading once again soon that is to mean in the near on future. When building the company, I can always remember playing a game whenever I was driving around London and other, what I did in this game was to write down any company van I could see driving past detail's if I believed they would help me with my dreams. In me playing this game, I used to stop at shops and talk to the owners about different business opportunities. I can remember stopping at my local churches in my living surrounding areas and taking their details also.

Chapter 10

The start of the expected angle to the angle that caused the Announcement to others, of the known or unknown reasons to why; I got intrusively attacked, in an inhuman way by the police council and others and then on put in fear of the safety of my life: - The Anti-Social Behaviour Order that has got put against me is an attempt by members of the police and local Authority to find me guilty of offences I did not commit and their decisions had a negative effect on my health and stopped me from developing my company, this behaviour is not acceptable or reasonable, this has now wrongfully, while slowly, playing, a negative, downwards roll in my life. These problems now at the present since stopped me in my personal life from doing as I had planned into it.

Bringing back the festival; --

As past said, in addition to everything that is going on, I am still in the process of developing my business and this includes a plan, to hold a festival. I had actually planned so to have this event in 2014; however, the stress of different court case proceedings that occurred, have and still do cause me problems with completing this goal, for a fact Member of the metropolis's police constabulary understood what they were doing to me, was illegal so to prevent this event from happening, when them involved together decided to misuse their powers against me and in doing so, they foresee this when entwining the true fact of events to which they accused me of, in truth falsifying the evidence to deceive and pervert the course of justice, thus as they wanted to aid in their own wrong self-gains.

The Police are the ones who are in the wrong: --

What has got done to me by police was wrong and done to help them self’s then, “Active Police Officers,” in aiding to gain a guilty verdict against my person and scarily them officers are still active police officers after clearance of my evidence of corruption to which they intentionally cause, the officials mentioned about are in still in deployment of duty to date, upset tingly. For an example of their displaced inappropriate behaviour, Members of the Met police force and the local council, colluded together at a meeting, so to be able to dream up and assemble a knocked together, fake version, of events of incidents. This got accomplished so to have a negative effect on my life and then on after to stop my independence. While together those police officers and council workers collaborated with intent to victimize myself. I feel what has happened is so wrong in law for any person to accomplish, and then especially get away without any legal disciplinary action being taken against them self’s, that it would be unjustified for me to allow this to happen by concealing the truth from all.

My caseloads have led many civil person’s and governing authorities to being involved in an undignified, manner, hasty at that towards myself and this is partly what this intends to reveal the truth about.

Knowing what I make happen, is for the best: -

By the same token’s, I have used my pen to draft my notes, all by myself, so to create this document with the effort of my mind, body and soul, I watch my fingers work that God has provided me with as I look at them in an amazement while they continue to work by typing on my computer keyboard, as I tell them to do so. In doing this, I hope to use my knowledge and wisdom wisely that I gained thought my life so far, so being able to further manage to oversee that I always work at my optimum levels of work and now this document I have created is a true call for justice in return. This document is a true article of facts to fight back against the wrongdoings of other’s actions that got forced towards me. In this document the context contained within it, is so to make sure of the correct endorsements, of my human rights do get re-established, these rights are all of our rights and entitlements as citizens of the United Kingdom state.

Chapter 12

What is right is right and what is wrong is wrong and that’s why I work & study hard to be in the right: --

To enforce just a few of the many of our legal rights, I would re-claim at present the Right to equality and an equal justice system, these rights constitute towards a better way of life, for every person alongside many of our other entitled mandatory legal rights. For a fresh start, any person going to read this should from now should first put the kettle on and make a cup of tea or coffee and or relax to any of the few benefits you may enjoy out of your life, as the last five years of my life seem to have amounted to a full-blown book, so if you now ready to start and carry on, please read on.

Chapter 13

Dialogue's and more Dialogue's: --

— Well were to start, that is the question at the moment and a fair one I think at that. A lot of people know that I have been off the so called seen for about three years or so now, as dated: —25/06/2013 as the police came to my flat and arrested me and I then went to prison on remand because of this case, for now we will name that the Gazebo case and after a year of this case I got released for around 2 months and have since then been held under police and court conditions, that now as of to date amount to some form of an Asbo against my person and for those that don’t know what I mean by of the scene “of the scene: of the scene is a short abbreviation, that does create a shortened definition for; “A person that does not get seen locally, by other person(s) in a towns or its surrounding area's "that is to imply.” It is now time for me to explain a short summary leading into the eight years of my life living in Burncroft Avenue, then continue with the next five years (It’s been about five years since 25/06/2013 when my problems started as the gazebo case and then run into the ASBO case, the ASBO case started on 12/09/2014 and this is when the police lied and said that they served me the 1st Asbo application / bundle, at my flat. I will continue with this report in short detail for now and continue in finer detail in the official diary section of the report to show all of the true details of relevance of the on goings of my situations at the present.

Chapter 14

The start of living in my flat in the year of 2006: --

I believe that you will also be absolutely, flabbergasted, by overseeing and take a long deep honest look into what I have been producing evidence in support of, by reading what I have noted down: - Initially, in the beginning of living in my home I got a next-door neighbour called Stan Curtis, who lives at the door number of 111 Burncroft Avenue Enfield London En3 7jq. The first time I met Stan to me now to date was a long time ago, that is to mean from the day's date, of the 14/09/18, I would say myself from around the year 2006, what is about 12 years ago now! as one might say “oh how time fly’s by when you're having fun,” this might just be a better way to explain the distance in the gap of years we have both knew each other before our problems started with one and other and yet again not at my own fault I do say.

My home was not the same anymore once I gotten to know them all: --

when meeting Stan for the first time I remember that it was soon after I just moving into my council flat, our first conversation was polite, and courteous, as a person might like to explain well-mannered thought, in the following years to in-laps we became friends living next doors to each other, in our homes our families became fair friends also showing each other respect. Stan lived with his civil partner as did I: - well when I say that I mean that my civil partner stayed between my flat and her family home in and around the years of 2006 till 2012, the years seemed to go by as fast as a blink of an eye. Thought them years of me and Stain being friends, we both shared some of the same friends, whom also lived and resided in Burncroft Avenue, to name a few, there would be the names of: -

Chapter 15

To get updated still

I have got told before, of people saying that everyone who looks into history will find a secret sooner or later, the older nephew / or the son of the Mathiyalagan Markandu’s family, is that portrayed dark secret. The guardians achieved this dark secret by saying lies on a numerous, amount, off different occasions to me. They further together knew they were being deceitful in doing so and in turn immorally declared wrongful truths to support their cover up against what they imposed against my person. Together Mr Markandu Mathiyalagan and his wife Revathy Mathiyalagan managed these lies to me by claiming the nephew - son never lived with them, at 117 Burncroft Avenue, as did he, "the nephew / son and there lies were said and then officially documented to help them evade justice.” The older Mathiyalagan Markandu’s nephew son WHO IS NOW NAMED AS Kanathran Thevasara, himself claimed to me that he lived in another flat supposedly to have got contained in the same block of flats as I live within. When describing some more about where he had explained to me that he lived I would say that the block of flat that we all reside in have two properties on each floor and is a three-story high rise building without any rear exit to which Kanathran Thevasara explained to me that he lives on the third floor. Each two flats sharing contained on the same landing share a small hall way with both properties on the same floor having their front doors face one and other and this prosiest with about an eight-foot gap between them. In the year of 2012 when the Markandu’s family moved into Burncroft Avenue, we never really saw each other so to speak and get to no one and other but I suspected that he could see into my life and see my good ambitions and hardworking commitments turning into a reality for me and the people revolved around my life.

Chapter 16

Introducing the first time that I spoke to Mr. Markandu Mathiyalagan: --

For me to explain to any other person the first time that I did met the Mathiyalagan family, so, to speak to each other I would explain on this day I was driving back home and just pulled up in the Housing estates community car park car outside my flat. I remember parking on the roadside bend what is just opposite the first car park in Burncroft Avenue Enfield, when after parking and locking my central locking as I walked back into my home, I noticed a man whom just moved into the flat above, the flat above I refer to is addressed 117 Burncroft Avenue. He was being held by the collar of his own brown leather jacket, this was being done by a person I do not have much contact with but do no I accept this person to be a long time next door neighbour, on taking a more conclusive approach to the ongoing I found myself presented within, the next-door neighbour wanted to punch the new neighbour Mathiyalagan in the face for some reason not known to me. I knew this to be no business of my own, but due to it being an issue on the estate, to where I live, I got involved in a civilized manner and neutralize the problem, I clearly remember not asking the both of them what their issue (s) was about and explained that the young gentlemen could not hit Mathiyalagan Markandu in the face, the reason I gave was as he and his family were new residents moved into the same bloke that I live in and he is also an adult to us both, in short we must respect our adults, the young gentlemen followed my advice and then release him by the scruff of his collar, every person then after continued along in their day and to my understanding with no other further problems, I never did speak to Mathiyalagan Markandu until months later but if I was to make an assumption I would say that if we did come across each other in the block we would have spoken to each other just a little and also say hello to each other. The information I have provided this far is too just to name a few of the people that made themselves, be involved in my life, in a horrifying way.

Chapter 17

There is always a start: -

As a further true result towards the facts of events that have taken place in my life, I can state with honesty that I can remember the occurrences within the mentioned incidents within this report very well. While living next doors to Stan, I kept my life “quiet” as I prefer a private life and at around the same time of living in my new home I would always hear the sound of laughter drifting up and down and around my housing estate, this was in the first few years of moving in, the mentioned sound of laughter was always coming from outside in the street “the Sound of Safe Children Playing” making me welcome in this new home town.

In the events of my past occurrences while living on my estate: --

I can remember making my first ever mistake, while living on my housing estate, what acutely happened on this occasion did take place on a hot sunny day, that then took place in the middle of summer, I was driving back home when I made an error and clipped another car wing mirror, this was unfortunate to happen, I think that I did put a note with my details on their window and that is how we latter chatted about it. The car that got involved, had got parked down my home town street, I soon later found out the owner of this car was to be a Miss Christine, who is a close friend to Stan Curtis.

Once I moved into my home in the year of 2006: --

I noticed the sound proofing issues with the premises, pretty fast as they are too impulsive and in turn cause an intrusion of my private and family life! this is as they are inadequate to fair living standards and are in fact so bad that each housing resident can hear each other's conversation, I know that the council rented homes are not up to the correct ISO standards, this has now also got agreed by the council housing estate manager in writing Sarah Fletcher! That past summer now, somehow, back then, seemed to be one of the happier moments in my life. I and my first civil partner found our self’s sleeping every night when she stayed at my flat: -- in the front room. My next-door neighbour Ozzie had a good friend of ours both who used to live with him and this friend got gained thought the first years of meeting them both together, this friend stayed in the bedroom, what is next doors to my bedroom and was the reason for me and my partner sleeping in the front room. We sleep in the front room as it was a lot easier to sleep with just Ozzie beside us, as for the noise his made in the front room towards us was a lot less disturbing! Me and my partner decided to close the door to our own bedroom, until the noise issues could get resolved! No matter what room we went into we could not get no peace of mind due to the bad sound instillation within the flats! After many different conversations with my civil partner to how this was having an effect on our way of life, we approached Ozzie as he was then our close friend, we used to relax on occasions and have a general chat, so, knowing this made me believe that I could talk to him and he would understand mine and my partners concerns and treat them with resect! And as for a matter of fact and subsequently, at the first consultation with Ozzie, it did get agreed by him that his flat mate our friend, would move out and into his own place of residence, but this did not happen in all of our conversations over the years to come. In all honesty, it took the time of over five and a half years’ and notably, once I and my first civil partner broke up after making several numerous of additional requests, with no luck in Ozzie respecting our requests and this happened at mine and my partners down full, after we spoke many times I believe Ozzie started to really understand how this was having an effect on our life’s but he still did not respect our wishes in a fair and timely manner and this neglect came at our, costs out of life. Not only (this) but there was also a different man, whom this man I did not get to know the name of and this man lived above my flat and his door number used to be 113 Burncroft Avenue. He lived in his flat for some time before I first moved in to my home, to tell the truth and to my understanding; I can remember him saying or someone else saying that he had lived above me for about five years beforehand in total. In this short amount of time we both never came across each other's paths of life, this is to mean throughout this period of time that we both lived above and below one and other, I also believe he himself or maybe Stan told me that he had been in the army and was badly injured beforehand of us knowing one and other, I got told this is the reason to why when I or my guest went into our own personal back garden he would start to shout out of his window, I could understand this and that’s is why I never really used my garden in that period of time unless I needed to, after the gentlemen moved out of his home 113, instead soon after came the arrival of Debra Andrews: Debra Andrews has now since in the writing of this report, became my ex upstairs neighbour, as she has now moved into another home and since Debra has moved out of the flat, speedily, another person moved into the flat of -113, who is named: George Quinton, and as a continuation after One year and twelve days later, so, a little while after, George Quinton moved out of the address of – 113, as dated the

Chapter 20

Having my back garden: -

I live on the first floor, so, I have the privilege of having my own back garden, when arriving to live in the flat the back garden I am in position of still needed work done to it, so for it to be developed into a good condition. In planning to redevelop the garden I decided to buy a log summer house and I then started to save the money needed so to purchase the one I had found and desired. While saving the amount of money that I needed to raise, I prepared the foundation in the back of my garden so for it to be ready At the time I had an understanding of what I required and to my own recollection; I was under skilled in knowledge at the time, so to be able to complete the job in hand, but being me, I started to dig the hole I thought that would be adequate, my Nan found out my intentions and offered to help me raise the capital I requested, so I accepted her help. When waiting to place my order for my new log cabin I got reading the newspaper, when I noticed an advertisement of another person trying to sell a sound system. The advertisement said: — the right person at the Hallam will make the right sound and the people will come. With reading this article placed in the newspaper, everything changed and instead of purchasing a summer house I then bought this sound system, after talking to my Nan that is, as she had put money in and I did not just want to buy it and not talk to her. In reading the advertisement I then realised the price was expensive; I remember still not getting deterred away from this bargain; the equipment got priced at around the ten thousand pound’s mark and to my utmost surprise this turned out to be just for the speaker box’s and their needed drivers. I thought this price was expensive as explained at the time but quite soon after understand they were worth their money in gold. The reason this is a fact was because of the experiences I had with them and the people they also made extremely happy. The reason’s; that I chose this new profession supply music equipment, which is in the entertainment industry, was because of four reasons: -

1. I love music and seeing when it makes people relate to it and they come together.

2. I wanted to make sure I would maintain being an honest man who does manage to provide for his family without the police presence to which always gets induced towards people.

3. Because I had prior brought a catering trailer, which leered me to working in music events, so I approached my local council in Enfield, so in order of creating a large-scale community event and got dismissed away by their representatives. I found this happened with most of the government run services until I met some of my friends and the friends, I met were attending a privately-run house party. The people I met at this event are very similar to myself, the reason for this is that every single one of them, has got let down by the so-called government system what is there to protect us in one form or manner of way.

4. I understood creating an entertainment hire company would be legal, so I accept I own entertainment equipment, for that reason and I have acquired this equipment for my company. The company I am building and the aim is to rent the equipment out to people. This aim is to try to hire the equipment out to conferences, school fates, local community events, private birthday parties until most recently when the issues I raise halted me in my goals.

Around this time, I was building my website with a friend called Josh and he had been teaching me how to use Photoshop

so that we could together build a digital catalogue to hire out our services to the public within the entertainment industry and while this continued to happen, Jet; who is another good friend to me gave me the business directory as a complied piece of CC plus code, to build upon. I decided to use it as a charity and asked for his and others services to help me in completing my vision, so the dream became a reality for me and people to use. Because of the talent I saw in Josh I decided it would help us both with our dreams in I build a printer because this would help me keep advertisement costs down and general repairs such as vinyl wrapping my catering trailer again.

Because the Metropolitan police force keep pulling me over on and around my door step in London, mostly while I am driving, I keep on getting a lot of police Road Traffic producers under the road and traffic act 2003.

The reason for this was because my insurance policy was not showing up on the Mid data base.

This police involvement in my life led me to having to make contact with my insurance firm for proof of my insurance so, the email above is proof of evidence of myself obtaining a copy of my Insurance policy.

This policy got sent out to myself after emails were sent in a request for my personal documentation. I received a copy of my Insurance policy the following day.

In regards to this matter, I will soon continue to explain more about these circumstances in a bit more detail than I already have through this document.

Issues with My Housing Management Team!

A bit of history about my living circumstances. In

2006

when I first moved into my flat it never seemed to be in a bad state of a living condition due to it being decorated by the Enfield Council ready for me to move into. What did happen is that after the first few months of living withinside of the flat, I started to notice the walls and ceilings had started to get covered in mould and my personal property had also started to get badly damaged by living quarters bad disrepair conditions. I decided that I had had enough of suffering due to no fault of my own and started to take picture evidence of my sufferings. I also started to document what took place while I declared to the relevant companies; “Bodies” that my flat had really bad damp growing inside of it.

My local council whom are also my landlord got approached about the disrepair circumstances by the date of;

From the date of my first contact with the Enfield Council's’ repairs teams in

it then after took multiple calls and emails of myself and others to the Enfield Complaints departments reasonable persons, whom after

sent many different visiting surveyors to get the emergency graded problems fixed, but to my dissatisfaction and lack of safety the problems never got fixed in a fair time scale and the damp continued to happen to my home, me and my property and without any fault of my own.

Somehow the emergency raised issues took the Enfield Council and the Enfield Homes a couple of years to get mostly rectified and after an upsetting while disappointing semi completion date of the year of

In the year of

2008

the walls in my bedroom and front room got repaired and this meant that the walls got taken back to brick and re-repasted. In the time frame while the announced agriculture work took place to rectify the damp issues within my rented home by the Enfield Council and their subcontracted staff the damp caused me the loss of the enjoyment of my flat and also caused damage to most of my personal property. This occurred at no fault of my own,

“I still continue to stress while explaining even now what happened to me.”

I suffered with bad health that got caused by other people’s negligence and the reason partly being for this bad health was because of the time frame the damp was left to grow un treated by professionals and I also continued to suffer because my flat became a work site.

Due to the site works taking place in my home I had to have an industrial machine called a humidifier, placed into my bedroom and this was to remove the water that had built up in the internal and external walls of the building.

2007

what was a year prior of myself signing into a mutual contract with my landlords for rented accommodation I found myself living in a damp and toxic hell? With I not being able be to live inside of my new home Safely and Happily.

This damp flat meant that the only time I got allowed into my bedroom was to empty a bucket of water that the humidifier “machine” collected, I can remember that in the beginning of the machine getting placed inside of my bedroom that the water bucket for the humidifier used to fill up many times a day, on an average of three times a day and I also noticed that as the months continued to pass by the amount of unneeded stored water became less and less, I do reminisce on this time as I had to manage to maintain the machine myself and found this hard to achieve, aloe I did without any major incidents, this meant that I had to always be present at certain times of the day to complete this job and this was right up until the council and the Enfield homes reasonable persons where able to finally start their works.

From the start of the initial disrepair problem the cause for the damp got documented by the Enfield council's’ staff to have occurred because of bad ventilation within the estate’s premises, this information got noted in the year of

2007

and as a resolution to the problem an air ventilation system got agreed to get installed and so, adapted to the premises.

The works involved in the installation of this air system meant that I had to have some large circular holes cut into my windows of my home and this included my kitchen window that leads to my back garden and that of the same to my bathroom window that leads into the main street, the hardware needed for the ventilation system got delayed by the Enfield Council's contractors, so that the ventilation system never got completely installed for a much longer time frame than anticipated, in fact it took three years later in the year of

2010

for the job to get completed. For me this became a very disappointing situation and without any roundabout motion of change in a fair and speedy time.

My home got left in-an-insecure way, in-between this time frame, because of the large circular holes that got left in the windows, In short I got left with holes in my windows due to the Enfield Councils and the Enfield Homes staff’s teams, lack of organisation within their own protocol’s.

Even though the flat stayed in an unliveable state of condition through the years of

Till

2008

and then on up to the year of semi completion in

2010

I still got made to live in my flat in the horrendous conditions it suffered with and when a long time after, some of the disrepair issues did get fixed such as the walls, ceilings inside of my flat, the flat then continued to suffer from more knock on effect issues, as an example, due to the past damp within the first repairs, the floorboards went rotten causing sinking floors and this added towards making the flat even more unliveable than any person should have to accept, due to the dangerous risks involved.

In a short layman term, I had no flooring laid down in my bedroom, as you walked into the bedroom itself.

and this disrepair issue started in the year of

2008

because my foot-sunk, through the wooden floorboard. What happened to me to cause this further problem, was my heating boiler had started to give me lots of issues from the start of moving into the premises, in the year of

2006

After I reported the problem, the council sent a representative, who replaced the main mother board component inside of the heating system, to make it work once again, by the year of

2008

when reported; -- the board did need to get changed more than just once.

In the end months of

2008

the damp floorboards in my bedroom got lifted up, after I reported the issue of my foot sinking through the floor to the council repair team. Like a circular motion I suffered with the floorboards in the bathroom getting lifted up as well at the same time and afterwards not laid back down correctly in a timely and safe manner, in a summery I got told I could not get allowed back into my bedroom other than to empty the humidifier and confusingly that the bathroom was OK to enter into even with the floorboards in both rooms then on being in the same state of bad condition, as they had not gotten replaced in both rooms, the reason that the floorboards could not get re-laid in my bedroom and bathroom was because the bedroom radiator pipe also leads into the other radiator in the bathroom and this is because they both share a u bend under the floorboards into each other, as both of the radiators are on the opposite sides of the same wall, from one and other! What did happen, is that the metal pipe had fractured, under the floorboards, causing each room to flood and not noticeably to any person, so, this disrepair issue had concealed itself, since I moved into my home, “until we detected the problem.” This error caused me to lose water pressure in my boiler system, so this leaking water added to the damp issues and accounted for the past boiler motherboard problems. When after noticed by the Enfield Councils and the Enfield Homes-Teams staff, they ordered that another surveyor come out to my work site of a home of an address, to oversee the problem. Days later a newly arrived member of staff agreed for a new heating system to get installed thought my flat and ordered for the old heating system to get completely decommissioned, so for the flat to be ready for the new installation, with an addition of a temporary peace of wooding for the floor to get laid, but this flooring did not get laid down and I continued to get left with no floor boards in the bathroom and bedroom inclusive of no working heating apparatus, as did get intended to get fixed and fitted and even more to the facts: --I got left with holes in my kitchen window and bathroom window, not to forget the water collection machine placed into my bedroom, still being present after the walls getting fixed. No reasonable persons attended again for months after until the year of

2009

once me and my mother had placed many more complaints into the complaints departments, when after our follow up complaints, a person attended and just laid down some temporary flooring, while still leaving the holes in the windows making my home insecure, no heating system in place and then after still living the humidifier in the bedroom. This lack of organisation on the Councils behalf and their subcontractors caused me to suffer. As just prior explained after many more complaints got made, the floors did finally get replaced in the year of

2009

My life got made to be a living hell because of the mentioned disrepair issues still presiding to get left abandoned by the Enfield Council and the Enfield Homes Teams.

On the

02/03/2015

my mother and I were sick of making calls to the council regarding my heating, air ventilation system and nothing getting done to fix the issues, so, my mother emailed a complaint to the council, regarding the multiple amount of issues and repairs not getting corrected. Once the council had received this email the air ventilation systems hardware did finally get installed, but still nothing regarding my heating.

May 2015

my mother got a call from a lady from the council regarding the heating, saying, who surprisingly explained to her that I had prior removed all my metal pipe-work for the heating system to function. My mother got upset at hearing what the lady said to her on the phone, and as a consequence she explained to the lady that she wanted for her to arrange for another manager and surveyor to come to my home flat and my mother stressed that this must happen within the next few days from then on, so for the Enfield Homes and the Enfield staffs teams to be able to re-analyse the situation then in hand by the complaint departments “reasonable persons,” and my mother continued her conversation by expressing; if she had to she would lift the rest of the flooring up in my flat to prove the metal-pipe-work was all still in existence and in its correct place. In that moment of my mother’s conversation with the Enfield employee, the lady explained while she was still on the phone that there is no need for what my mother had told her to happen and that the council will replace the heating system. To finalise the problems: -- they just did not stop for me there and as a continuation the Enfield Council employees then sent another surveyor out to my flat to oversee and then order to replace the heating system but surveyors or council employees had previously already told the sub-contractors that I had removed all the pipe work, to the point that no one wanted to come out and do the work.

Then on the

19th of June 2015

and the

31st of July 2015

the initial main emergency problems got finally addressed and a new heating system got reinstated so for the disrepair problems to be rectified to a degree, but the damp as I still to date complain about continued to grow and come back, yet again, to abbreviate on the circumstances in hand up and till date of renting my home, the damp still formulates to occur. When the sub-contractor did arrive on the

19th June 2015

he was very shocked to see all the pipe-work still in place, when he did arrive to my home and also said that he is glad that he met me and saw the truth himself. In the time of me making my official complaints: -- the Enfield Council came to their rented address and then the council employees explained to me, that they could also see the bad extent of the living conditions through the years that me and my home are imposed to stay in. The Enfield Homes and the Enfield Council agreed that they will upkeep the repairs in the flat to the correct living standards, without any work commencing, as arranged by them. As an added add on and at no fault of my own and for an unfair amount of time, my flat stayed so, cold if it were not for me needing my home to live in, it would have equalled to the same conditions, as being outside in the open cold air! In the winter things got a lot worse, I needed more than just your normal extra protection off winter covers, for me to be able to try my best to keep warm. I did buy myself an electric heater but the cost of running this was very high and also at my own expense. As mentioned I had a different surveyor after surveyor come out to my home address to help me manage the issues in my rented home, without any fair follow-ups and each time every different person in attendance, would say that the work must get completed in a short time frame and yet it never got completed, meaning that a large list of mutable emergency repairs that must get met in any circumstances to the correct ISO standard of fair living standards, did get neglected for years and has not gotten rectified to a good standard right up and till now and this is unfair and at my loss of living.

Summary

Sound Proofing Issues;

Since I moved into the flats at Burncroft Avenue, I have noticed that there are very bad sound proofing issues within these blocks of flats. You can hear everything in the flats, that other people in different properties are talking about, doors closing etc. this causes many horrific issues, to the extent that I have had to move into my front room to sleep, I did call the council due to this and they said nothing could get done!

The flat I rent suffers with Damp;

From the start of my tenancy agreement, poisons mould-damp has caused me many unneeded issues in my life this includes the damage of my personal property and also that of my own bad Health, which the council did not correct for years, due to their own negligence and then after them repairs finally taking place the damp once again started to reoccur, “and posits to establish itself in my rented property, up and till date, due to bad maintenance of the buildings infrastructure, who the burden of disrepair issues lies solely with my Landlord's the Enfield Council and the Enfield Homes.”

The flat I rent also suffers with a Broken Central Heating System;

As a third issues of emergency graded issue, my central heating system in my Flat ceased to work and at no fault of my own, this incident caused me pandemonium within my daily routines of life, substituting an organised schedule into Havok, in reflecting on the problem of me living without any working heating system, I can remember this being for a far longer time frame than any person must induce as humanly inhabitable, living circumstances. I can also pertain that I did suffer thought, due to the Enfield Council's negligence, the Enfield Council maintained to be irresponsible thought all of the repair and complaint procedures of utmost importance. Their staff’s behaviour was that of none reasonable persons and showed true negligence towards me their client, evolving the disrepair problem such as the broken heating system not to get fixed for years after the initialise complaint of myself. The already listed disrepair issues caused me the Loss of my Front Room, as there was! / No working Heating system! / Damp / Damp re-growing on the rear and other wall’s, soon after the repairs took place. Once again soon after the repairs taking place and then on after! / water started to run down the main front room wall! The damp and central heating issue caused me the Loss of my Bedroom! / No working heating system! / damp reoccurring on the rear wall and around the windows even low they are ventilated!

Thursday French Tek to be updated

Me and some of my friends who worked out to be a large amount of my work colleges had planned to go away for a weekend trip to France, with our destination being a well-known event called French Tek.

Our group altogether had worked hard in the past weeks before hand. What we had achieved was to have my personal catering trailer and an Audio sound system ready to travel to our destination with us.

We were not the only sound system attending the event from London and this meant that we got to travel alongside a large convey of other attending groups.

All together and all for all, friends and friends like one big family living out of the back of our vans, cars and tenants, having some of the best time in our life’s.

The pre made plan was simple, Drive safely out of London to Dover port and then to France for French Tek. All of us set for a weekend of fun, madness and raving.

I started to hire out my entertainment equipment and was still attending the Local civic centre regarding creating my own dreams and making them a reality for everyone. “Building a Festival”

Just before the

I got approached by another resident off Burncroft Avenue, “My Housing Estate” in aid of supporting my estate in a local street party.

Getting invited made me happy, because this meant I was a step closer to completing my dream by supporting fellow members of neighbour’s in building a community event.

I got a job of supplying entertainment equipment and I done this at a no chargeable rate.

To me, and I believe others, the event was a success and to my own recollection the day went ahead with the tents and their friends very well. There were no other issues of concern between any of the other Burncroft Avenue residents, so everyone simply had a good time together.

I can remember that just before the street party had taken place that I had been having problems in my relationship with my living partner and this had caused us to take a break apart from each other for a planned little while.

Sadly, for myself and everyone else involved this meant that I attended the street party on my own.

Debbie Came to my flat asking to borrow money in the sum of £10, when intoxicated with drink and her vocabulary was that off slurred speech, she stayed reasonably polite and the money got granted to her that she asked for.

At this time in my life I was working hard at building my own company that would support me and my family for the following years to come. I named this company Too Smooth.

It started off with my self-going to Spain on a holiday a holiday at a much younger age, I would say around the age of twenty-two.

While on holiday I had noticed the Hot weather and a location to which a mobile beverages catering trailer would thrive inside of and understood that the restrictions involved around food safety industry were I had been on holiday were not a strict as the United Kingdoms, making it even more possible to make my vision become a reality.

when I got back of holiday, I spent my time in research and obtaining the well needed equipment so that I could start trading aboard.

Eventually I had turned around and realised I had the company trading within the uk.

The catering trailer that I had purchased had some special requirements to stay functionable, such as a few of the listed; --

I continue to stay negatively overwhelmed by the circumstances that I get made to live in by the Enfield Council and the Enfield Homes complaints department’s and this continues to carry on year after year, even once the Enfield Council and the Enfield Homes have gotten notified about my emergency disrepair issues of concern. Their employed staff left me with disrepair issues far longer than should be and this caused me a negative knock-on effect within my life and I now have no other option other than to continue to suffer because of the staff’s neglect towards my life because of the lack of their jobs right concern(s)!

While living at my flat I started to have a few problems such as

And this meant that I had to contact my local council for support in regards to the matter. Once I had done so I got told that the best thing that I could do was to keep a diary in regards to the issues and this is what I did. Up above is a copy of the diary that I got sent to complete and fill out.

As the days went by, I started to notice that I did not have enough room to keep writing in the form that I received and the main reason being that the tables were set going downwards, meaning that I could only write a very small amount of text in each divided division.

I understood that I had more to explain than what the incident diary could manage and this is how I came about building this diary.

while I was living in Burncroft Avenue I started to find myself having problems with Debbie Andrews.

Debra Andrews is a mixed-race lady who moved into the Housing Estate above my flat, in flat 113.

When Debbie Andrews first moved into her flat, I tended to get along with her well, I would say very well as neighbours and I done the best I could so to be able to look after her. I and others maintained a simple goal of good Friendship, the same as I suspected any other person would or should manage, while respecting their neighbour (s) or any other person (s).

Debra had started to come to my front door a lot more. Debbie Came to my flat asking to borrow money in the sum of £20, when intoxicated with drink and her vocabulary was that off slurred speech, she stayed reasonably polite: the money got granted to her that she asked for.

The Start of the Trailer Case!

This wonderful festival. I do say; -- Life is funny, isn’t it?

On the positive side of my life, while at this wonderful festival, we was having the time of our lives and this is to mean me and my partner, regardless of these problems I kept having with the members of police or my neighbours, while running around, doing you know what if you are lucky enough to have already to have been to a festival, all I can remember is it was a simply amazing time. A long and in our joyfully journey within the festival fields, I met lots of different people, though I would not know, later in that day would have an effect on me, at the present time in my life. Part of my life, ended up revolving specifically around one new person in particular, this was after I left the festival and this person got introduced to me and my partner, while we attended to this Weekender out. The facts are that while I and my partner went out to the festival together; I came across a man. This man explained to me that he owned a trailer that he put up for sale. When this got explained to me, I felt like; mostly, what he had said to me was magic, and I realized there and then that I was to own this trailer and this moment had supposed to happen. I understood that this trailer would help me within my future dreams. It was simply, “this was supposed to be,” it was not pure luck that this man and I had met each other, remarkably, straight after, I remember the sound of his voice, once I and my partner had left his presence, the Consequence off our conversation from being all together, was that his voice was still ringing to me, like an alarm bell would, when getting activated, that a person would hear about a building or on a car, ringing out aloud, I could hear this still like from the first second, that his words had left his mouth. This voice went on in my head for ages, all I would hear is his voice, saying that he would not mind, selling me his trailer. His voice repeated and repeated, over and over again, it continued to repeat an over and over again to me, this was going on, all in the back of my Conches. In view of what I wanted to happen, I had made sure that I had taken his details there and then, when I had met him at first and confirmed his details to be real and this was while I was with him; this got achieved for Clarification purposes. What is more to the understanding, is that I knew that I had to; for the Purpose of keeping my dreams a reality, plan quick, so to invest in this trailer, “as soon as possible,” in order for me to be able to own the trailer before another person would. So, as soon as I had arrived back home, I arranged the money that I needed and soon after found myself alone and then driving back to where I had just come from, this being more or less needlessly to say, that is to explain. I can remember that arrangements got overseen, without delay, so that I could see this man again and got sorted out quickly, by myself, so that I could get my newish trailer of him, to say the truth; in doing so, things got rather terrible for me along my route, in the middle of my travels. I thought I would not complete the mission that I had set for myself successfully, and this was pretty soon after I had left my own area, I was thinking; that I still had not even managed to finish and arrive yet to my destination and the vans' gearbox had started to fail for me along the motorway, to which I was driving down at the time and as a result, when listening to the noise that I noticed was wrong at first I realised that I was in trouble, with the gearbox transmission what I did was start to see if I could solve the vans issues, as an explanation, I tried to see and hear if I could notice what the main problem with the transmission was. Hence, I noticed that it would not be easy for me to fix, while still driving the van and without pulling it over first, once after me trying to listen and feel for the problem and not solving it, I realised that my extra good luck was running at an all-time absinthe, right then for me, so, I continued to travel in the van at the pace of a slow snail, so to get to the next nearest service station. I caught a bit of added luck back, while travelling down the motorway in the van with the gear still making a bad clunking noise, I soon after the problem had occurred arrived to a service station. Later on, when there I inspected for the problem details a bit further to no evade of the problem from what me and the van was having, in trying to resolve the issue I could not find nothing that was obviously wrong with the van, for what reason this had happened to me, I just simply could not work out. For me, this occurrence is any driver’s worst nightmares, especially, when in a faraway destination from your home. To summarize up, diagnosing the problem with the van, I would say the following: in this instance, this could otherwise get classed as an unfixable problem that got caused from an internal mechanism that could not get fixed at the roadside “failing”, what has in turn broken on you. The only option really, is to get the vehicle additionally, recovered, luckily, for me, is that I am always having to be a reliable person for any of my client’s event’s, this always means that I have to have an AA recovery policy in place, however, a standard policy does not get the additional trailer recovery scheme clause in the AA’s basic policy, added at the basic price but still with me being under those circumstances, I understood that the policy I had ordered did get chosen to always include the trailer additional recovery option, which the AA recovery provides for trailer recovery. On the balance of things, I have always paid for this fee just in case of any situations of instances just like this one that I had found myself presented within the reason for me being prepared is that I already owned my own trailers prior to picking this new one to me up. In my final analysis, I make the phone call that I needed to get accomplished, so to be able to continue with my day this phone call got made to the AA’s call centre and got done while I was still at the service station. In brief, in planning to doing so, I had decided that I still could not fix the gearbox issue and the time was ticking on so I decided to go for it in the van and pre arrange for thee AA recovery to meet me a the newish trailer that I planned to purchase, go for it to me, meant just jump in the van and be careful, as I had made it thus so far safely anyway. While on the negative side of everything that had gone wrong for me, I still got worried about the possibility of breaking down on a motorway, so I continued to travel at mine and my vans slow and painful pace, of a snail. Before I knew it, I had continued driving for as some would claim to say to be, what seemed like a lifetime?

But in reality, this time was just a little longer than ever anticipated, significantly, to me. When after sometime later I realized that I had done it, I had finally made it to the trailer that I needed and wanted to own. Just to clarify, in me completing to get to the trailer with the van, I knew that I could make it back to my home, safely, and in doing so, complete my goals, that I had set for myself and likewise this would include, with my newly, purchased trailer. AA recovery being prearranged was pure genius to me and with all of this information processed by myself and then freshly, analysed in my mind, I fully, understood at that precise moment in time, that there would not be any more problems with my plans, “I got the trailer.”

Life could make you cry, yet again, I am telling the truth the police kept pulling me over: --

In this point of my life; I managed to still stay happy and in my thoughts; I was as innocent as a true; “Jubilant British Child.” From me describing my first arrival at Burncroft Avenue, I would say Life to me was pretty average to myself and others, in this time period the police had been pulling me over where-ever on a regular basis, but what was going on seemed to still be manageable. When I got home, I reminisced on the bad incident, what did take place while I went out. I can visualize and now document down what happened to me: I got stopped by the police on the

I was yet again harassed. My vehicle showed up in error on the police Database stating I did not have any insurance to drive, but I really did have the correct insurance policy in place at the time. Police later created a case out of the on goings of the incident and took the case to court, this got said to get done by government officials via a summons, what I did not receive. In applying to have the case reopened, I did get justice and as a further, consequence to this meant I won the case and this became apparent a few months after the problem aroused, but even so, this was not until I noticed this case existed; In the final stages of this case I did finally managed to sort the issues out in the police’s ongoing case, against me, by showing my insurance policy to the judge at the courthouse, so in this instance, towards my person I was adjacent to, a fine and points that did take place against my person, in turn causing me to suffer and this incident caused me wrongful punishments of expense, out of my life, to partly explain some of my expenses this incident got placed as an offence onto my driving licence, in an effect; causing a driving ban to persist. I latter did have the conviction removed, and the inducements redacted from my driving licence but this case also caused me other additional wrongful losses out of my life.

Helpful and a timely service is what I expect off the Enfield Council and the Enfield homes teams, as do the rest of the majority of their clients) when requesting for health to get taken into consideration, time is always of the essence. The Enfield Council and the Enfield Homes staff’s teams must equal towards an outcome of a constructive impact in resolving the problems they get faced with within their daily jobs routines but in mine and many other(s) / clients of the named companies this does not tend to be apparently so, on many different occasions people as I have noted from the internet also do not get a fair response. I can only imagine the amount of official complaints following negligence and misconduct procedures against themselves stored in the Enfield Councils and the Enfield Homes file cabinets lying dormant that are of unsatisfied client(s) and even so, I understand that many these and other people in the future will continue to get let down by their staff and therefore their service. “As if in to say no lessons have been learnt from the past wrongdoing or errors.” Words down the phone in a letter or in context creating a policy do not completely solve these issues alone” Hence, the saying; Actions speak louder than words.

I found myself working most days one way or another by spending my time and education on building my company I tended to pull most of my friends and family into helping me as well so that I could keep the cost down a s a new starting company and these emails are above just some of the evidence I have to found my claims as true.

Si Note:

This is when the police came to my home / front door to arrest me. I explained that I had gotten drunk the nights and days before at an event on acholic drink and it had made me ill by causing me to hallucinate. I said to the attending police officers that I had been lying down since contemplating on calling an ambulance until they had arrived at my home address and this happened soon after they told me that I was getting arrested for an Armed Robbery. I went to the hospital with the police simply because I believed I had been spiked.

Receiving more similar attention from the police: —

The date was the

and I cannot remember what the weather was exactly like, but by this time, I had gotten a bit more than fed up of the attention I was receiving from the police as they started to take a deep destructive negative on the people around me and my life. On this day, pretty much straight away after talking to the police outside of my mother’s front door; I found myself being transported by the police, to Hertfordshire police station, it never did get explained to me at first why this was happening to me but once it finally did, I got shocked when the police officer said that it was something to do with a so called robbery in the year of

2005

and this meant some seven years prior. I knew that I was innocent but this fact still never changed that I got taken to a police station. When told I found out that this was for the accused crime of; “some sort of shop robbery,” to which I never committed, at the end of the two days that I did get detained, I got granted bail for this case and re arrested straight away for another allegation. Three days, I never got released to freedom due to another wrongly added allegation even allow I got bailed for the first arrested case Creating the basis of the official’s other case against me, this other case got alleged to off happened in Birmingham, but I never went to Birmingham on the date in question. This meant that I really did not understand why I was yet again being held and left still confused to why the Birmingham police wanted to speak to me. In short, I got kept in one of the Hertfordshire police stations and then taken to a Birmingham West police station. I spent all day in police stations for two different reasons by the end of my detention accounting for three days of my life and this caused me a load of unneeded negative stress, for me and family while others, these accused crimes and offense I surely did not commit! Honesty, stayed on my side, and the solicitor travelled a long distance to represent me in Birmingham also, “with her trust in my good faith as I had explained to her,” she managed the Hertfordshire case files and then after drove to Birmingham police station to deal with the next allegations / caseload put against me, so as an explanation: A little while later and without delay we both arrived to the next police station. I can remember that these travel arrangements were uncomfortably unfortunate for me, as a matter of concern I got placed in a G3 van from my own local home police station. What is a G3 Van?

A G3 van to me is a people transporter and gets otherwise known as a police sweatbox! Once getting of the motorways and then on out of the G3 van I found my person to have arrived at the day’s final destination;” Birmingham’s great Old Nick” Soon after getting booked in by a custody sergeant. I wanted to find out why this actually happened to me. When talking to my solicitor about, what the police explained to her in regard to what they knew about the case, she never got told why I was being held, as the information got refused to her by the custody officer in charge of the case, but despite this I was to find out why soon after; be as it may, this happened while sitting at the police stations interview table, the reason said to me, “For Theft of a Motor Vehicle,” I was in absolute amusement, me, Theft of a motor vehicle, at my age and with my ambitions set in life, I was yet again insulted, but happily alive and also happy in knowing I never done anything else wrong. The Court Case was then latter “NFA” in a short summary; No further Action got taken in the end.

my mother was at her home, when the police came to her address, they done this when first looking for me on this day, when speaking to them outside of her front door, she asked why they had attended her home, she got told the reason was because of them police officer's presence, wanted to arrest me, for my newish trailer, that I had prior brought on the;

The trailer that I had brought was lying outside chained up in my mother’s front garden, when the police had arrived there and somehow, some way, the police had said that this was the trailer, what was missing as stolen.

This trailer was mine, and it was the one that I had brought of the man from the festival on the

19th – 20th - /07/2012

and to me then was being claimed as stolen. Soon after the police had arrived at my mother’s address “not only did this happen,” but also the police officer's come straight to my house, as they now wanted to arrest me and could not find me at my mother’s home address, for the Trailer that I had brought. In the long run, I did not know that they had been to my mother’s already and was on the approach towards mine. Without realizing that the police officers had arrived to my home, there was a knock on my front door, so I got up and looked through the spy hole, as this is my normal procedures to see outside of my home front door, on inspecting I noticed police officer's. To emphasize about what happened on the day at first, I would say; I felt afraid of what might happen to me and I think that this would be normal for most people, so after talking to the police officers, outside of my front door for some time, with my front door closed. I came to the understanding thereupon talking to them, that there was no other option in their heads, other than for me to go to the police station, with them. In detail, my brain analysed the situation and told me that on this occasion it would be best for me to protect myself & run, because I could speak to my solicitors and mother beforehand, so I headed straight out of the back door and before I knew it, I was running in my trainers and using my toes to move quickly, away over the garden fences. To put it differently, the next thing that I remember was the fresh air hitting my face, (or) rather, making me realize; that I was then from that second in time, on the run and this was from the police, at least until things got better. Getting, put into a state of realization: — I found out, that this time would be to the police officers’ satisfaction and I would get arrested and as a further result towards the on goings of the day, I would also get caught by a police dog and its handler. I had made it less than a couple of back gardens, along from my own back garden, but the police helicopter must have been local and I could hear it on its approach, so, I did not have many other options and hid under some attic installation in a shed. All I can remember is feeling sweaty and hot I felt that the game was soon to be up for me and that would mean that I was to get caught and would go to the police station, Soon after hearing the helicopter I ended up hearing a police dog that barked that was close on it approach to me I could tell that it was in another back garden next to the one that I had hid inside of, alongside to where I was hiding. Where I had to hide, I was contained with no luck, I had nowhere to run to and therefore I got stuck with no place to get away to. To continue to explain what happened next, I would say that on the negative side, for me, I had noticed that the police helicopter had hovered above me and to date I still suspect with its cameras recording to where I had ended up in hiding, so, in the process I got out of the garden shed with my hands up and the helicopter was clearly, above me, I noticed that it must have been guiding the attending police officers to my present location. In accepting that the game was out of the bag, I walked over to the garden fence that was right next to where the police officer and dog handler was in, I popped my head up over the fence and said I surrender, as a result, the police dog handler told me to jump over the fence, and head towards him, I did as he said and as soon as my feet landed on the floor, he told the dog to attack me, in either case, I got hurt and all I can remember is the dog biting my face, body, arms and legs, I got taken to the hospital, for my injuries to get treated and I further stayed on police bail conditions in this case until

The problem I have with this is yes I was pulled up by the police and was asked to bring my insurance to a police station which I did do, but it seem the police had given me the wrong form so the police station would not accept me to give them my insurance documents and said it would need to go to court, I have never heard anything about this until I got a letter from DVLA saying I had to send my driving licence back to them, I called DVLA to be told that there was a court case which was heard and that I been given 6 points so needed to send my driving licence to them to get these points added, I explained to them that I did not know about any court date and that I did in fact have insurance to drive on the day the police pulled me over. DVLA give me the court information to contract the court which I did and was told I need to put in that I did not know about the court date. I called Enfield court and was told that I need to write a letter to them which I have done but as of today’s date

I got a next letter from DVLA saying that my driving licence was going to be revoked on the

again I made a call to them which they have put a next 28 days onto the date that they will revoke my driving licence, I have also made a next call to the court and it seems I was given the wrong information and it should have asked for the case to be reopened which I am doing now by send you this email. Please could you reopen the case so that I can indeed show the court I do in fact have insurance to have been driving on the date I was pulled by the police, and as I said on the phone to the court person I speak to today I did not know about any dates for court before I got the letter from DVLA. I will enclose in this email my insurance documents so you can see in fact I was insurance, and could you please send me a new date to go to court to prove this.

I continue to contact the relevant complaints department in the hope that they will send a reasonable person to me, who is a trustworthy surveyor that will commit to completing the necessary work to rectify the damp and replace the heating system but as the months go by my belief in these disrepair problems of the emergency getting fixed despairs for any time soon!
