Mr Muthupandi Ganesan, LLM. Barrister-at-Law (Lincolns Inn).

Pandi is a Barrister-at-Law (called to the Bar by Lincolns Inn in October 2003), who used to practise from Furnival Chambers from the City of London.

He is highly experienced in dealing with POCA proceedings and is now regularly instructed as a ‘fresh counsel’ (separate from trial counsel) specifically to deal with ‘confiscation proceedings’ for defendants as well as for ‘interested parties’ especially under VHCC regime.

Ms Ludmilla Iyavoo, LLB. Solicitor

Milla is a Qualified Solicitor who read English and French at the University of Westminster, London and then went on to study the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law.

She runs the civil and commercial litigation department at KTS Legal and advises businesses and individuals on a wide range of matters covering contractual disputes, property litigation, employment law, landlord and tenant disputes, insurance law, debt recovery and family law.

Her knowledge of the civil litigation rules enable her to handle cases from start to finish with great confidence.

Ms Sonia Robinson, LLB. Conveyancing Assistant

Sonia started her legal profession in the legal department of the Department of Social Security and later as a Senior Housing & Rent Recovery Manager with the London Borough of Hackney, in their Housing & Legal Department. Ms Ceyda Ilimsen, LLB, Trainee Solicitor

Ceyda graduated from Westminster University in 2011 with an LLB Law Honours degree and thereafter successfully completed the Legal Practice Course in June 2012 at the same institution.

Ceyda joined KTS Legal as a Paralegal and moved on to be a Trainee Solicitor. She is a trainee and currently assists in the property, immigration and family departments. Prior to joining KTS Legal, Ceyda had acquired valuable experience in the areas of criminal and family law. She worked as a paralegal in various law firms in London and had developed strong client care skills. She also had a good understanding of the litigation process having clerked several cases at the County Court. She has a keen interest in both residential and commercial property law.

Ms Betul Ilkten, Accounts Manager

Betul joined KTS Legal in 2012 and began her job as an Accounts Assistant progressing to Accounts Manager. She has been working together with members of KTS Legal at a firm of solicitors, before she joined KTS Legal when the firm was founded.

Betul is primarily responsible for ensuring the accounts department runs smoothly and efficiently.

When away from the office Betul enjoys spending quality time with her young family, socialising and swimming. Betul also enjoys walking along River Lea and in the Lea Valley Park. She is a fluent Turkish speaker.
