Mr Cordell was offered an appointment for joint assessment today at 9:30 with Enfield Early
Intervention Service (EIS) and the Enfield Assessment Service (EAS).
He did not come and we have been unable to contact him by phone.
Given his past history of involvement and care coordination with EIS, he is being referred to that
service for further follow up. We will be closing his case to the Enfield Assessment Service.
