Dear Dawn Allen

My son have been having an issue with his neighbours who live above him, this has been going on a
while and it is making my son's health go down hill he is not sleeping due to what is going on.

We would like to put a report into the issue and therefore would it please be possible for you to make
a date when you would be able to come to my son home to be able to do this, if you can let me know
via this email with dates this can be done so we can get this issue addressed as soon as possible I
would be grateful.
