Dear Mr Cordell,
Notice of Seeking Possession - without prejudice
It has come to our attention that you have breached several terms and conditions of your
tenancy by causing nuisance, harassment and anti-social behaviour to your neighbours
and Enfield Council employees.
Enfield Council takes all acts of anti-social behaviour very seriously. Consequently, we
have no alternative but to serve you with the enclosed Notice of Seeking Possession.
You have breached your tenancy agreement by committing an act of anti-social
behaviour.
The Notice is the first step towards repossessing your home. It is valid for twelve months
and Enfield Council will commence legal action to repossess your home any time within
this period if further substantiated allegation of breach of your tenancy conditions is made
against you.
You may wish to seek legal advice from a solicitor or your local Citizens Advice Bureau
for free and confidential advice from an organisation that is completely independent from
Enfield Council.
