The Enfield Homes and the Enfield Council have had lots of early resolution’s, “chances,” to fine-
tune the disrepair issues contained within my flat and concur to take action with the needed
rehabilitating of my rented quandaries but their staff do not follow the company’s stationery
obligations of care towards my person and this neglect leaves me, with no heating and in a worse
condition of health!
