The disrepair issues remain unhurried from getting resolved in a fair manner of due process and
continues without concern for my health and safety. This happens after Enfield Council and Enfield
homes leave me with the problems as dormant and halt me from getting them fixed and this is as an
add-on towards my dissatisfaction of their upkeep towards their now missing-agreed-agreements
within their services of our contract!

It is unfair for me to get kept in this flat in the conditions that it is left in by my landlords so, I keep
contacting the local council and the Enfield homes and suffer with no acknowledgement regarding my
health and safety because of the broken heating system does not get repaired!
