This befoul persist to happen to me with reckless behaviour from there employed staff and such
behaviour is insufficient towards their statutory duties of care towards their tenants / me, I simply
request to be able to stay warm at the night time because I have a working heating system!

Living in such dreadful conditions are un-humane: -- the flat would be nice if it was correct and kept
up to the correct ISO standards but this simple upkeep gets diminished by the Enfield Council and the
Enfield homes relevant departments of concern that be explained in reference towards the broken
heating system and sound proofing issues of disrepair!
