conversations in the other flats because of the sound proofing issues in the flat are at an unreasonable
standard to live in!

The sound issues within the block of flats mean that I cannot get any rest or enjoyment when I am in
my rented home of the Enfield Council and the Enfield Homes teams as the noise from the other flat
keeps me awake!
