There were six different records that were not in the court registry: --
The day was the
13/03/2014
and my mother helped me at my request and did so and in return she attended to the Enfield
Magistrates Court for me to pick up information about my criminal record being in error, as
got requested of me by the courthouse from my previous request. When my mother arrived,
she got told that there were six different records were not in the court registry and contained
on my criminal record, it also got explained by the court employee that if the six dates on my
record were not in the court registry, as they were not, then they were never herded before in
court. The lady working in the court continued to tell my mother she had seen nothing like
this before and said it got worrying, I am still trying to address this, but no one seems to be
able to help. I questioned to others; how can there be six different records on my PNC, yet
they have never been to court?
