                 1.     C/N 01YE/3597/14 relates to the arrest of
                 Simon CORDELL as above. He was arrested to
                 prevent a breach of the peace due to setting up a rave.
                 He was later released from custody.
                 2.     CRIS1914855/14 - CAD 11854 20th June
                 2014. Police discovered a Rave being set up at 1
                 Falcon Park, Neasden Lane NW10
                 and closed the rave down on the authority of Chief
                 Superintendent Gideon SPRINGER. All persons at the
                 rave left the venue upon Police advice to leave.
                 However, under S64 CJPO the vehicle and sound
                 system were seized from the DJ again under authority
                 of Chief Superintendent Gideon SPRINGER. The
                 vehicle VRM CX52JRZ a white Ford transit was
                 removed from the property and taken to Wembley
                 Police Station. The owner of the vehicle is Mr Simon
                 Paul CORDELL. The vehicle was later restored.

                 3.     On 7th June 2014, it came to Police notice that
                 a rave was
                 taking place in an empty Warehouse in Progress Way,
                 Enfield EN1.
                 Simon CORDELL and Tyrone BENJAMIN have
                 set up a rave in the
                 empty warehouse. Officers attended firefighting
                 equipment/escape exits seen. Approximately 200
                 people in attendance all well natured. YE1N A/Insp
                 HAMILL aware and unable to close down due to
                 insufficient units available. Rave is due to finish at
                 0700 but start up again at 2200hrs.

                 4.     On 25th May 2014 at 23:21 hours, Police were
                 called to
                 Unit 5 St Georges Industrial Estate, White Hart Lane
                 N17
                 by the security guard at the venue stating, 'suspects
                 were on premises'. Police attended the venue and a
                 large group of approx. 20 young males
                 and females, between 18-35 years of age and of mixed
                 origins ran out of the rear of the industrial estate
                 through an alleyway leading to Thetford Close N13.
