The Defendant was reported to have caused frequent acts of harassment
and anti-social behaviour against an elderly neighbour. The Defendant

where a first hearing took place. The Defendant pleaded not guilty and
the trial was fixed for

17 November 2016. However, the trial did not proceed due to
insufficient support as the elderly tenant was unable to attend Court due to
health· reasons. A copy of a letter from the Magistrate Court is attached to
this statement at pages 25-26.
5. The Defendant was I previously known to the Claimant and an anti-
social behaviour order was made on

04 August 2015
by the Magistrates Court to prevent him from knowingly using or
supplying property personal or otherwise, for the use in a rave as defined
in s.63(1) o: f the Criminal Justice Order Act 1994. The order· was made
for a duration of 5 years. A copy of the Order is at page 27 of the
exhibit bundle.
