14. On 3rd January 2017, it is alleged that the Defendant confronted
one of his neighbours as he returned to the block with his wife and two-
year-old daughter and started shouting abuse and threats at them.

banged on his neighbour’s door, swore and shouted abuse and threats at
them and accused them of making noise.

He also removed their electricity fuse thereby cutting off power supply. He stated that the
incident was reported to the police, CAD 5753/

and they were advised to contact the council.
Claims’ that the council received a report that on 23rd December 2017 you banged on a
neighbour's front door, shouted abuse at them and asked them to turn their tap off. It is also
alleged that you then removed their electricity fuse thereby cutting off their power supply.
