water supply1. This was mentioned to me in front
of an independent witness, a plumber who was
attending with me. As I was leaving my Property,
I saw the Defendant in the communal hallway and
asked whether he could reinstate the water
pressure to my tenant's property, however he
responded by saying ‘I cannot do anything at the
moment I will sort it out later’. This information
has previously been reported to the Clamant
