Markandu Council History / the Enfield Council received a letter stating that I am a
drug addict! / This is the first point of contact that the Mathiyalagan had with the council
about myself 17/10/2016 about the date of the / 06/08/2016. Mathiyalagan made this
malicious allegation up against my person, so to cover up what they had prior been doing
to me illegally as complained about in the prior Emails of complaints. 06/08/2016 is also
his first date of a complaint ever made by themselves so any complaints made before
06/08/2016 or the 17/10/2016 are fake and also not in the FOI that I claimed of the
Enfield Council in relation to all information held about me.
