14. Other examples of aggressive and anti-social
behaviour reported by Mr Mathiyalagan were that on 21st
January 2017, the Defendant aggressively banged on his
door, swore and shouted abuse and threats at him and his
family and accused them of making noise.

15. On 9th June 2017, the Defendant attacked Mr
Mathiyalagan’s cousin in the communal hallway as he
returned from work late at night by grabbing him on the arm
and neck thereby causing bruising to his arm and neck. The
Defendant also snatched his mobile phone from him as he
tried to record the incident.
16. On 16th June 2017, the Defendant confronted Mr
Mathiyalagan’s wife as she was exiting the main entrance at
11:55am and said to her that he had her bank and personal
