Hello,
Unfortunately, I am unable to provide further disclosure as I am not the officer in the case,
DC Yianni MICHAEL, who is currently on annual leave will be able to advise on this further
once he returns?
I can say that the police do not provide witness statements to anyone outside of the criminal
justice process and not to third parties. The only person who is entitled a copy of the “crime
report” would be the victim.
