DISCLAIMER OF RESPONSIBILITY
You are advised to restrict to a minimum the amount of property including cash
brought into the hospital and to hand to the nursing staff, as soon as possible, any
articles you wish to be kept in safe custody for which a receipt will be given to you.
You are responsible for property including cash not handed in for safe custody.
Barnet, Enfield and Haringey MH NHS Trust accepts no responsibility for the loss of
or damage to personal property of any kind in whatever way the loss or damage
may occur unless deposited for safe custody.
The above statement has been explained to me and I accept and understand
its contents.
