I am Jamie Duffy; my date of birth is 07/11/1989. My home address is as
stated above. I am making this witness statement in response to the police

and local authority's application for an anti-social behaviour order on Mr
Simon Cordell.

At this time I do not have a permanent address I am staying with the Cordell/

Benjamin family who I have known for around 1 O years.
I was working up until 13/01/2015 and at this time I am seeking new

employment.

As I said I have know the Cordell/Benjamin family for many years and the

help they have given me is beyond words they are part of my real family this

is how I feel and I know they feel the same way, there was so many times I did
not have somewhere to stay and they always opened there doors and
welcomed me from a young age.
