Multiflex pass information - all you need to know about changing your airline ticket
Think of your new travel dates (make sure they are within the permitted time length of the ticket). To make a change visit
www.statravel.co.uk/global-travel-help-enquiry.htm and fill in the online form - we aim to get back to you within 48
hours. Give our Global Travel Help team as much notice as possible. As you know, availability can be limited if changes
are last minute!
The small print... but worth a read...
· You will not pay any STA Travel or Airline date change fees, but there may be additional airline costs when
changing tickets due to seat availability and ticket conditions.
· If you leave changing your ticket to the last minute you may have to pay some money as you will have to pay any
difference in fare.
· If you want to change the destination you may have to pay some money as some destinations cost more to fly to.
· If you decide to change your flights before you leave the UK this is not covered on your Multiflex Pass and you will
have to pay for the charges.
· If you decide you now want to have a stop when returning back to the UK you may have to pay for the stop and the
new airport taxes.
· If there is limited availability as it's a busy time of year you may have to pay some money to have a greater choice.
· The golden rule - remain as flexible as you can. The more flexible you are the greater choice you will have to
change your tickets.
· Changes with your Multiflex can only be serviced online. If you contact your branch directly or call one of our stores
at your destination standard fees will be applied.
· Your Multiflex can only be used on flights for the named passengers' current flight itinerary; it is not transferable
and is non-refundable.
