The Enfield council staff make me stay in these cold conditions within my rented flat, when it
is mandatory to get the disrepair problems instantaneously fixed straight after I report them to
their employed staff and this should and must not continue to persist to occur to get delayed.

A full investigation is supposed to have taken place within the first stages of my complaints
once the Enfield Councils and the Enfield Homes got put in receipt of the emergency heating
and damp issues but this mandatory procedure did not get established in a fair and responsive
manner and now this failure of services has put my safety and health into danger!
