I get made to feel infuriated by the Enfield Councils and the Enfield Homes disorientated
practice towards their Statutory Duty of conduct towards their client(s) and in this case me,
because their staff make me sufferer every day and night by their negligence.
The named companies’ staff’s behaviour causes me intentional infliction of emotional
distress and this gets inflicted upon me, in the staff understanding the urgency of me having
heating in my home is of an absolute importance.
