When I call the call centre to confront the problems inside of my flat, I get no fair response in
the issues getting addressed and this causes me emotional distress at no fault of my own.

After more than a dozen emails and phone calls there is no positive change in my living
circumstance the damp continues to take other this rented home and to further my concerns I
keep wiping the electrical appliances down with a dry cloth but awake to the water being
present upon them again, this is in reference towards my personal belongings and that of the
rented internal fixtures of the flat, to date I still live without any working heating system!
