Sandra Muschet had a telephone conversation with Mr Cordell’s mother. She said that Mr
Cordell had been harassed by the police for a number of years and that his preoccupation
with the police was based on reality. She reported that Mr Cordell is not eating, not going
out and has poor self-care.
