Simon rang reception
to make enquiries about his referral. I was called to take the call and I spoke with Simon.
He wanted to know why he has been referred to mental health services I read to him the
referral letter from his GP and he seemed to have understood and accepted my response.
Simon explained his circumstances i.e. repeated all that has been documented on RiO
already regarding the police and him He appeared quite satisfied talking to me and agreed
to a home visit on Monday at / after mid-day
