1:1 with Simon who was agitated and blamed police for his admission. He was irritable and quite hostile. He was on the
phone to his relative, complaining about police and claimed to be falsely accused. Staff tried to reassure him and he
thanked staff for their support. He had pm ibuprofen. Has slept well at night.
At risk of confrontational behaviour and slow progress in his mental state due to poor compliance.
Nursed on general observation. ___________________________________________________________________
