The Enfield Council employee’s make me go through Intentional infliction of emotional
distress by their decisions and actions at no fault of my own, by not fixing the disrepair issues
that I raised with them in a timely manner!
The emergency graded problems with the heating issues make me suffer with extra ordinary
problems as the cold condition cause my flat to stay damp and moist!

made to be Embarrassed to have any friends or family come around to my home, let alone,
any other unknown guests!
