I try not to get offended by the way I get treated but still find my person to get insulted by the
disregard of the Enfield Councils employed staff, for my well-being because of my own
safety due to the disrepair issues I’m left with day after day.
As an example: -- the non-existing heating causes one of the main reasons for my concern of
my own well-being, inclusive of my guest!

Every Email that I or my loved ones send to the correct complaint department that never gets
addressed fairly and in a timely manner makes my sole understand the failures of humanity
and puts diversity down and also puts my safety in a downwards negative spiral effect!
