It leaves me humiliated when any person visit my home and sees the damp issues within my
rented property and also because of the non-existing heating system, as, it is not working, I
also continue to have the same horrible feeling when I want to speak in private in my home,
because me and my guests have to whisper to keep our conversations private from the
housing estates other residents due to bad sound proofing issues within the estates
premises.

Cordell of Too Smooth LTD and ******* and I continued to Study and finish at the Time
Start: 08:00Am and Time End: 10:00Pm!
My mother worked on building my company website for me with others at the Time Start:
09:00 Am and Time End: 02:00 Pm!

When my guests visit me at my home and see how I am getting made to live, they ask me the
question of “how am I living in these conditions, without anything getting done to address the
problems”
I explain that I am getting forced to accept the disrepair issue by the Enfield Council and I
continue to explain that: -- I get Insulted, in knowing that if the correct housing disrepair
complaints department where efficient in their protocols, then I would not get made to feel
below the average standards of fair living, as, I do.
