I grant the needed permissions of access into my home so that the Enfield Council and the Enfield
Homes teams can repair the heating problems but the days continue to go bye and without any of the
needed important fixtures taking place!

I explain to the Enfield Council and the Enfield Homes teams that I am ready and able to book a date
in my diary to give their staff their rights towards their duties of contract within my home and this is
because I need them to fix the issues of disrepair but nothing changes!
